Basic Info About Project:
This client in Hanover had a steep hill and not much parking space. This made it hard for them to have enough room for fun activities. We solved this problem by using the natural slope of the land. We made a new patio in a spot that needed only a little digging. This ensured the patio could also be used for parking or snow storage in the winter.
To match the style of the house, we designed the patio and walkway with an Asian influence. We used big rocks and a border made of granite. The patio was made so that water could drain through it.
The spaces between the stones are bigger to let the water go through. There is also a natural stone staircase that goes with the patio and walkway. This makes it easier to get to the upper carport.
In the next step, we will plant native plants along the staircase that goes up to the carport.
